Production time refers to the period it takes to make your custom hats order in our production facility. It usually takes 3-5 days depending on the volume. It begins upon proof approval and the time is based on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Can I ask for an actual image of my ordered customized beanies before we start mass production?

Yes, of course! We will send you the actual image of your order digitally. This will be sent to your email. You may approve and head to mass production or make a change. Please note that the sample fee is not refundable. If you make a request to make any change, another sample fee will be charged.

What if I want to check the sample physically and it is quality? Can you send me the actual customized product?

Yes, that is possible! We can ship the actual sample of your customized beanie for you to see and inspect the quality. Please note that the shipping fee is not refundable.
